Repurposed Bathroom Vanity
This vanity was taken from a hotel lobby bathroom and re-purposed for the main bathroom which was shared by their children and house guests.
Installation of Flooring and Wall Panels
Here the custom window trim is being installed. The flooring consists of commercial grade vinyl tiles over a sealed-plywood sub-floor. Between the sub-floor and original deck is 2″ of rigid foam insulation giving it an R-10 rating to provide a continuous thermal break. The original decking joists were also insulated and sealed with wood panels.
Installing Tile and Countertops
Here the walls have been painted, the ceramic tile is down as we complete the installation of the new countertops.
Framing the Booth
The frame and floor were prefabricated at our shop and then installed on site.
We removed the original glazing and sanded the surfaces. Then we applied new glazing that remains more elastic and seals better.
Custom Concrete Countertop
This countertop has a Travertine tile finish. The surface has been mineralized and sealed to offer long-term protection against staining.
End Table Restoration
This end table was taken apart, sanded down, then re-assembled and stained.
Making Custom Trim
Sanding custom trim work to size
Restored Wood Shutter
The wooden shutters had been continually repainted for decades. We sanded the surface, sealed the exposed wood, and caulked the joints to stop water infiltration. A durable, enamel paint was used.
Cabinets Refinished with Backsplash and Countertops Installed
The cabinets have been refinished and the new countertops and ceramic backsplash installed.
Installing Marble Tile Flooring
The Italian marble tile has set, the floor is grouted and then the toilet and sink vanity are installed.
